Chilli & Pepper Grafted Vegetable Plants Collection
Chilli & Pepper Grafted Vegetable Plants Collection from Fothergill's brings together a range of heat and flavour with well-established 9cm grafted plants:
Chilli Budafest – selected for its vibrant colours and punchy flavour. This Hungarian chilli produces high yields of large red and yellow fruits, with 5,000–10,000 Scovilles to add a sharp kick to your garden and kitchen.
Chilli Big Devil – ideal for lovers of Tabasco-style heat. Very productive plants yield healthy crops of bright green and red fruits, bringing consistent flavour throughout the season.
Corno Di Toro Lipari – known as Bull's Horns in Italy, these tapering peppers grow up to 20cm long and can be harvested green or red. They offer a sweet, crisp, full-bodied flavour, perfect for fresh use or cooking.
Grafted vegetable plants give gardeners stronger, more vigorous growth and greater resistance to soil-borne pests and diseases such as nematodes. The grafting process combines a hybrid variety with a species rootstock, producing robust plants that yield more fruits over a longer period. While traditionally grown in greenhouses, these plants also thrive outdoors in warm, sunny positions.
Supplied as well-established plants in 9cm pots. Please leave the plastic grafting clip in place – it will naturally detach as the plant grows.
